This website provides general information about our services. It does not offer online booking or online payments. Service descriptions, service areas and hours may change, and the information on the site is not a guarantee of availability.
2. Estimates and pricing
Estimates are based on the information you share, such as property type, size, condition and the work requested. An initial estimate is not a final price. The final price is confirmed after the space and the exact scope of work are reviewed, and it will be agreed with you before the work begins. If the condition or scope turns out to be different from what was described, the price may be adjusted with your approval.
3. Scheduling and access
Appointments are arranged directly by phone, text or WhatsApp. You agree to provide accurate information, safe access to the property at the agreed time and a reasonably clear work area. Please keep valuables, cash, documents and fragile or irreplaceable items secured. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please tell us as early as possible.
4. Service area and availability
We serve Nogales, Rio Rico, Tubac, Patagonia, Green Valley, Sahuarita, Sonoita and surrounding areas. Availability depends on the type of job, its location and our schedule. We may decline or stop work that appears unsafe or outside the scope we agreed.
5. Concerns about a service
If something is not right, please contact us as soon as possible after the service so we can look into it and work with you on a fair resolution.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, this website is provided "as is", and Arenas Cleaners is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or from our services.
